In our solutions the API enables working with your data and functionalities. This makes it possible to read and update information in your e-shop ERP or CRM and automate company processes.
The implementation time depends on the complexity of your project, the materials you provide, and any systems you’d like us to connect with. Simple solutions can be ready within a few days, while more advanced setups take longer. We always aim for the fastest and smoothest deployment possible.
- The chatbot plan is a one-time setup service. It includes building and customizing your chatbot (e.g. Starter, Pro, Enterprise).
- The usage plan is the monthly subscription based on how much the chatbot is used and it is measured in tokens (Light, Advanced, Expert, or Custom).
- In short: one covers the chatbot build, the other covers how much you use it.
- For the Starter and Pro AI chatbot plans you will receive an onboarding chatbot with a form where you submit your information and upload texts documents or links.
- For the Enterprise AI chatbot plan and AI agent solution we collect materials individually through email or your preferred communication platform so we can align them with your company processes.
For our AI chatbot and AI voicebot plans, we take care of the solution for you. We regularly update and optimise it as part of the agreed service package, during dedicated workdays referred to as mandays.

Yes, the chatbot runs non-stop and can handle visitors both day and night.
The voicebot can manage an unlimited number of calls simultaneously. It’s not limited by the number of operators, so no customer has to wait.
Everything goes through our onboarding AI chatbot. Based on your inputs, we prepare the setup, fine-tune the development, and after testing, deploy the voicebot into your environment.
